Old Sign Post At County Hall
Outside the main entrance to County Hall in New Road Oxford you will see this old metal directional sign from the B4031 from the North of the County. You can see that Banbury was 6 1/2 miles from where this was taken. I think I will have another look at this and find out more about it like where is was taken from and when, sorry about not having all the information tonight.
271 D 537 and 271 D 763 United States of America
Two diplomatic cars from the United States Embassy spotted parked out the front of the Randolph Hotel this lunch time, part of a larger fleet of cars, about 5 in total however only two had the diplomatic plates on them. Funny that the Americans are driving around in German cars? Touchy drivers about photographing the plates!!

222 D 905 and 222 D 924
Four cars, but only two diplomatic plates? The Nigerian High Commission were in Oxford today, I first spotted them outside the Randolph Hotel about lunch time, they had four cars in the party but only two displayed the country plates, the other two cars had standard plates on them.
When I passed the Randolph at about 4pm, the BMW 222 D 924 was still at the hotel, engine running. There was a problem with the car and the RAC had just been and the driver did not want to turn it off, the rest of his party had left for the Oxford Union, so I gave him directions while riding in the passenger seat, thinking about it, I should have sat in the back!!
Nigeria have diplomatic plates from 222 to 224.
