You will see a few of these X plates in and around Oxford as they belong to Teachers from the European School in Abingdon. The teachers I am told can only stay in the UK for a limited time, why they get Tax Free Diplomatic Plates I am not sure?This Car was seen in Sunningwell Road this morning.
