Spotted this afternoon at about 1700hrs out side Rhodes House, the car belonging to the New Zealand High Commissioner, Jonathan Hunt. Hunt was a Labour Member of Parliament in New Zealand for 30 years. New Zealand's standard diplomatic numbers plates normally start with 218 or 219, however I guess the boss gets NZ 1.
