Been awhile since we have seen a Diplomatic Number Plate in Oxford but I saw one today driving down Queen Street, which is a Bus only road in the City Centre. The car with the 257 D 213 plate is a Diplomatic Pate from the Sudan Embassy in London.

Sudanese diplomats or their staff I guess feel that the bus lane is inclusive of any car with D plates.
