The President of Ghana was in Oxford again tonight, with what looked like most of the Ghanise Diplomatic staff, he was in town visit the Oxford Union. Sorry for the dark pitcures but it was in the evening so had to use the flash. President was in 165D451, a Black BMW

Not the best photo, so I will try and get a better one on Wednesday when the President of Ghana returns to Oxford. This photo was taken in South Parks Road out side Rhodes House where the President was visiting.
