The Kenyan High Commissioner was attending a function at the University of Oxford, and while he was performing his official duty's his wife and family took a little time out to do a little shopping. I managed to get a ride in this car, as the driver was a little lost and needed to find the High Street, so I said I would show him.

Prime Minister Of Qatar's Diplomatic Fleet
Have not seen any Diplomatic Plates in Oxford for months, and the in Broad Street this afternoon there was a one in every parking spot. All here as a part of the Prime Minster of Qatar's visit to the Sheldonian Theatre.
There is a lot of talk in the press at the moment about the amount of money the US Embassy owes the Mayor of London in Congestion Charges, and how the US Embassy is refusing to pay outstanding bills. I was happy to see the drivers for all these cars going to get and paying for parking while in Broad Street.

302 D 108
I know that this is a very bad shot, just has I was started to take a few photo's of the President of Slovenia's cars parked in the very public High Street I was stopped by the police. This was the only diplomatic plate in the group of three cars, with the other being "1 SLO" which I think would have been the Presidents car. The reason why Slovenia is 302 is that all the 300 plates are for newer countries that have become recognised since the original allocation of numbers.
