This Mercedes looking a little rough was seen today parked in the Lion Brewery St Thomas. The plates are from the Maltese High Commission in London, Malta is part of the Commonwealth on Nations.

You will see a few of these X plates in and around Oxford as they belong to Teachers from the European School in Abingdon. The teachers I am told can only stay in the UK for a limited time, why they get Tax Free Diplomatic Plates I am not sure?
